Booking Sessions and Circles
You can easily reserve your spot for Circles, Reiki sessions, Yoga, Pilates, or Sound Healing through our website. By purchasing a ticket, you automatically agree to all general terms and conditions as listed on our website. Upon booking, you will also be subscribed to co commit’s email marketing.
Cancellations
We completely understand that unexpected situations may arise. In special circumstances, you may reschedule your class or session in consultation with us. Please note the following cancellation policies:
Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, and Circles
Group sessions such as Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, and Circles cannot be rescheduled or canceled. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued.
Reiki Treatments
Reiki sessions may be rescheduled only if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is not possible and will result in the full session fee being charged.
In cases of illness or other reasons, we regret that we cannot reschedule lessons or provide refunds.
Liability
Co commit will always carry out its services to the best of its ability and with the level of care expected from a professional. Participation in any activity is entirely at your own risk. Co commit is not liable for any physical, mental, or material damage resulting from participation. You participate voluntarily and accept full personal responsibility.
Health Disclaimer
Holistic therapy consultations, energy treatments, and coaching sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. They are intended as a complementary practice. Always inform your doctor if you are undergoing medical treatment. In the case of specific medical conditions, medication use, or substance use (alcohol/drugs), please inform us in advance.
Contraindications for Reiki include fever, bone fractures, heart conditions (such as pacemakers), or organ transplants.
Safety
Co commit provides a safe environment where personal processes are central. Any form of physical violence, sexual harassment, or unacceptable behavior will result in immediate termination of participation.
Payment
Payment for Reiki sessions, Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, Circles, and other events is made via our website. Various payment methods are available for your convenience.
Health Insurance
Holistic consultations, energetic treatments, and Circles offered by co commit are not reimbursed by health insurance providers.
Professional Development
Co commit is committed to continuous professional growth through training, careful administration and documentation, supervision, and intervision. We are affiliated with Zorg voor ZZP and registered under WTZA.
Complaints
Co commit is affiliated with Zorg voor ZZP, including a certified complaints procedure and independent dispute resolution body. If you have any complaints or disputes, independent advice and mediation are available.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the website www.co-commit.com and its content belong to co commit. Use, reproduction, or duplication of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Physical Products
We aim to ship your product within 3 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods. Physical products are non-returnable, and no refunds will be issued.
Minimum Age
The minimum age for participation in Reiki, Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, and Circles is 18 years. Minors may only participate with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available under any circumstance. In the case of absence, dissatisfaction, or cancellation, no money will be returned. Please refer to the “Cancellations” section for applicable rescheduling options.
